Vendor Terms

Last updated 10 September 2026 · These apply in addition to the Terms of Use

Draft. This Vendor agreement is a working draft prepared for review by a Ghanaian lawyer before launch. It is not yet legal advice or a final agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be a real business or sole trader providing wedding services in Ghana, 18 or older, and authorised to act for the business named in your application.

2. Application and checks

You agree that we may check the social profiles, phone number and website you provide, and that publication depends on (a) identity verification through an NIA-approved provider and (b) our business checks. We may decline or delay an application without giving reasons. We never ask you to upload identity documents in the app — treat any such request as a scam.

3. Accuracy

Your business name, category, city, description, prices and links must be accurate and kept up to date. "Starting price" is the lowest price at which you genuinely offer a service.

4. Portfolio and rights

You must own, or hold a licence for, everything you upload, including permission from people who appear in it. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote your portfolio on the Service. Uploads are reviewed before publication. Allowances at launch: 30 items and 300 MB in total, 10 upload requests per day, 8 MB per photo and 40 MB per video. These are operating limits and may change.

5. Conduct with couples

Respond honestly, do not pressure couples to move payment off the platform's shown contact details, do not harass, and honour what you agree. Repeated substantiated reports lead to removal.

6. No exclusivity, no guarantee

We do not guarantee enquiries, bookings or revenue. You may list elsewhere.

7. Fees

Listing is free at launch. Any paid features are optional and described at purchase in Ghana cedis.

8. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove your listing for breach of these terms, reports of fraud, stolen imagery, or safety concerns, and may retain minimal records to prevent re-registration.

9. Liability

You are responsible for your services and your contracts with couples. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content or conduct.
